After constructing thousands of projects for a wide range of clients, we can help our customers, their architects evaluate projects, and make mission-critical decisions before construction begins. The DP Incorporated Team will assist with planning for construction sequencing, project scheduling, material procurement, estimating, value engineering, and budget management.
Once construction begins, we emphasize clear and open communication amongst the Project Team as well as from the field. This involves regular construction meetings with the tenant, architect, construction manager, property manager, and key subcontractors. In these meetings, the project's current issues are discussed where schedule, budget, and quality are the cornerstones of the discussions. Our project management processes ensure that equipment, material, and fixtures are approved prior to procurement and delivered in time to meet the schedule. We manage all the municipal inspections necessary to complete our projects in time for our customers to move-in according to their plans.
