After building thousands of projects for a wide range of clients, we are able to help our customers and their architects evaluate their projects and make mission-critical decisions before construction begins. The DP Incorporated Team will assist with planning for construction sequencing, project scheduling, material procurement, estimating, value engineering and budget management.
Once construction begins, we emphasize clear and open communication amongst the Project Team as well as from the field. This involves regular construction meetings with the tenant, architect, construction manager, property manager and key subcontractors. In these meetings, the project's current issues are discussed where schedule, budget and quality are the cornerstones of the discussions. Our project management processes ensure that equipment, material and fixtures are approved prior to procurement and delivered in time to meet the schedule. We manage all the municipal inspections necessary to complete our projects in time for our customers to move in according to their plans.
Sustainable Design and Construction Services
We bring our knowledge of sustainable building materials and practices to each project we approach. Whenever possible, we emphasize energy saving alternatives, recycled or re-used products and sourcing materials locally. We work with consultants and suppliers who are recognized as leaders in the industry for sustainable building practices and attaining LEED™ certifications.

Code Compliant Reviews
With a certified building inspector on staff, we have the ability to help our clients determine potential code issues when evaluating a space and a design.
We are able to meet with the City and submit and pick up permits for our clients. We can also help clients assemble the documents necessary to attain a permit.
