Planet Fitness approached DPInc during their lease negotiations in order to get a handle on the cost of the potential TI's. We budgeted multiple scenarios so when they made a decision, they knew the impact to the overall project cost. The project involved demolition of the existing space, installing new HVAC, installing new lighting throughout the space, refinishing the locker rooms, building a new reception desk and greeting area and tanning rooms, and renewing all the finishes in the space.
