This client called us to help them manage their budget during their lease renewal. We worked closely with the building management, architect and tenant to accomplish their design goals while still keeping to their tenant improvement allowance. Because this was a renewal, the space was fully occupied during construction and we made special arrangements to keep the tenant operating business as usual while we performed demolition, framed new walls, installed glass wall systems, retrofitted the lighting, moved the lunch room, added HVAC and revamped their reception area.
