Executive Vice President
Started with DPInc in 2001
Eric graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 1992 and went directly into the construction industry. Representing some of the nation's largest and most recognizable manufacturers, he worked directly with project architects and specifiers to enhance the presence of his manufacturer clients. Through working on projects such as Safeco Field, Boeing manufacturing facilities, Navy bases throughout the region and the continuing expansion of the Microsoft campus, Eric learned his way around the construction business.
Hired by DP Incorporated in 2001, Eric was charged with improving the company's presence in the market and building new revenue streams. Eric's success in these areas was accomplished through developing lasting relationships with a wide variety of people in the commercial real estate business, contributing to the growth of the company and tripling revenues in 4 years.
Eric's role with the company has continued to expand over the years. He is responsible for all the marketing and communication for the company, maintaining and improving information technologies and managing contract negotiations. Eric also plays a significant role in developing processes to improve operational efficiencies.
