Bill Dodson

Started DPInc in 1988

Bill began his construction career in the drywall / metal framing field. He learned the business from the ground up, holding positions in the field from apprentice to lead carpenter, project foreman and superintendent - all while attending night school to further his construction management and business skills.  He transferred his knowledge to the office in the role of estimator and project manager for a small development company.

In 1988, Bill made the decision to go out on his own and started DP Incorporated. Over the years, Bill built the business on the foundation of integrity, ethics and an uncompromising pursuit of quality. Bill's goal is to have the company recognized by clients as one that consistently provides value-added services while delivering projects on time, on budget and with the highest standards in the industry - all while making DPInc a great place to work.

In addition to his role as President, Bill is an active hands-on project manager and estimator responsible for serving a long list of DPInc's clients. With a strong background working in the field, Bill brings a practical approach to his projects. One of Bill's unique qualities is to gather and disseminate information from various sources in order to provide accurate and timely budget pricing for complex projects without the benefit of architectural drawings or a fully defined scope of work. Many of Bill's clients rely on this ability to help develop the requirements of the project to meet the needs of the tenant at minimal cost to all parties.
